Your aCoin Voucher is easy to redeem. Just login to the merchants website or mobile app that you would like to use your voucher for. Then insert the 16-digit PIN found on the voucher. The top-up is made to the full value of the voucher, and is credited Instantly.

You can use the voucher to pay for products and services at any of our online merchants.

Contact the merchant to check that they are not having any problems with their system. If the online merchant feels it is necessary, they will contact aCoin directly to solve the issue. The online merchant will get back to you with a solution.

Yes, you can purchase the voucher for somebody else and they will be able to redeem it using the 16-digit PIN.

Anybody can use the voucher, as long as they have the 16-digit PIN. It is your responsibility to keep the PIN safe.

The voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

After the expiry date, any balances will no longer be valid and all transactions will be declined.

No, you will need to purchase an additional voucher.

No, there are no fees using the voucher. You will be credited the full amount of the voucher.

Yes, when you start the verification process, you will have the opportunity to select “Not an SA Resident” where you will be able to submit a copy of your passport and proof of address.

  5. Enter your South African ID Number and accept the consent clause
